Ignition releases Metal Slug 7 for NDS with a bonus CD

With the title having been released on November 18th, Ignition Entertainment has made a press release about it. The bonus disc is said to contain "exclusive wallpaper and game trailers".

Official SV-001 toy figure planned

Although the release date and the price are not yet revealed, you can expect to see a miniature display figure of the beloved SV-001 to be hitting the shelves in Japan soon.


It's only 5cm in height, so don't expect anything too glorious out of it. Nevertheless, avid collectors will start drooling to get their hands on these, like I am doing right the hell now. (/me pats his Wonder Festival Metal Slug garage kits.)


There is another interesting thing shown on the poster as well. Look to the left (the important part circled in red for people requiring extensive instructions) and you will see "MINI SUPER VEHICLE COLLECTION-001". Judging by the word "COLLECTION", this might as well mean that there will be more other figures coming out.
