Metal Slug 3D official site update & official trailer

SNK Playmore has updated its Metal Slug 3D official site with character section and story section. So far the character section only has Marco and Tarma's info.

And an official trailer of the game is also up, which can be downloaded by clicking on the image of the video located above, by clicking here or from our trailers section.

Below is the rough translation of what is written in the storyline section;

The year is 2030, and the two sides, the Regular Army and the Rebellion Army, continues to engage each other in numerous conflicts. General Donald Morden is continuing to seek towards his goal of conquering the world in order to establish his New World Order.

When the Rebellion Army is finally defeated by the Regular Army, many of the Rebellion troops are scattered and split into small groups of cells, and can no longer engage in all-out assaults against the Regular Army. However, the Intelligence Division of the Regular Army soon reports that the Rebellion Army may be secretly trying to re-organize themselves in a mountain village in hopes to launch another attack. The village itself is not very far from the Regular Army headquarters, but the top brass considers that this information is unreliable, and decides to send in the Peregrine Falcons squad to investigate.

Marco and Tarma are immediately ordered to get aboard a transport helicopter to be dispatched to the village in order to investigate and confirm the report. Although Tarma remains optimistic, Marco's intuition tells him that Morden may have a bigger card to play this time, and further encourages him to partake in this mission.

Video of Fio in KoF:MI2

Sorry, folks. I took this with my digital camera, which has mediocre video recording quality. I haven't learned all of her combos, either, but she has several interesting attacks like throwing Molotov cocktails, leaving a grenade in front of the opponent while running past them, (which the enemy can't dodge since a small cutscene takes over after Fio manages to leave the grenade) and firing her machine-pistols.

Yes, she has her palm-thrust attack, which you can see at near the end of the video.

Fio is a more agile and deadly counterpart of Ralf, and Ralf is already cheap enough as he is in the game.

Metal Slug 3D official site opened

SNK Playmore has revealed the official site for the upcoming 3D spin-off of Metal Slug franchise for Playstation 2.

The page doesn't have much for the moment. Perhaps SNKP will add some content later on.

No info on whether or not this will come out within the American or European Union territories, as the US and EU distributers for SNKP games, SNK Playmore USA and Ignition Entertainment, respectively, have not yet released any press releases for signing any contracts with SNKP.
